LONDON — Britain’s Prince Harry has written that the forward to get a new publication geared toward the kids of frontline employees who perished at the COVID-19 pandemic, revealing the pain that he endured as a boy following the passing of his mom, Princess Diana.
“Hospital from the Hill,” by Chris Connaughton, is the narrative of a young man whose mom worked in a hospital and expired during the pandemic. It’s being given to kids who have experienced similar losses.
“While I wish I had been able to kiss you at the moment, I hope that this story can supply you comfort in knowing you’re not alone,” Harry wrote at the forwards. At the moment, I did not need to think it or take it, and it left a massive hole inside of me. I understand how you are feeling, and I wish to guarantee you that more than time that gap will be full of so much support and love.”
Harry has on many events reflected about the enduring pain that he experienced from his mother’s unexpected departure. He’s made mental health consciousness an integral portion of the charitable work.
“We all deal with loss in another manner, but if a parent goes into paradise, I had been told their soul, their love and the memories of these don’t,” Harry wrote. “They’re constantly with you, and you’re able to hold on to them forever. I find this to be accurate.”
