According to the 44-year-old Jakob Buch-Jepsen raises the public Prosecutor in Viborg far more cases that should not be raised, than it does in Copenhagen.
“I am shaken. It is as if police officers are to prøvekaniner. It is the prosecution’s obligation to remain objective and not make the police less favourably than others,” he says to the Politiforbundets media and continues:
“the Principles of the travel cases should be the same, even if it is cases of emergency health service transport, and thus can be difficult to compare with cases involving civilians.”
Jakob Buch-Jepsen has even experience to sit on the side of the table, which he now criticizes.
In the 17 years he worked even in the prosecution, in 2018 was admitted to the bar at Koch/Christensen law firm in Copenhagen.
