A 66-year-old man has subsequently been arrested and charged in the case.

Lægehelikopteren had late Tuesday evening, been present in Vejle, where a German lastbilschauffør lost his life in a tragic accident at work.

As the lægehelikopteren subsequently was on the way back and flew over to the Norre Vissing Skanderborg around the clock 02:10, was the hit of the laser light.

“There is a man who bombards the helicopter with a powerful laserlygte,” explains Jørn Bystrup.

the People in the helicopter are affected two to three times that of the laser light.

Subsequently, it succeeded to the police to find the address, which had been shot with the laser light. A 66-year-old man has been arrested in the case:

“He acknowledges that he has fired upon the helicopter with laser light,” explains vagtchefen.

the Man has been charged after the penal code section 252, which reads: ‘With imprisonment up to eight years punished for their guilt of serious playfulness, or in a similar reckless manner, causing nearby danger to anyone’s life or physical abilities.’

“We’ve found that he has been under the influence of alcohol,” says Jørn Bystrup.

The 66-year-old man has subsequently been questioned. He’s released again, but are still charged in the case.
