up In exactly four weeks will take place in Althegnenberg of the referendum on the subject of fire brigade: on Sunday, 19. July. Now the election campaign:
Althegnenberg – Both the fire Department as well as the initiators of the citizens ‘ initiative – Anton Kistler, Regina Schlegtendal and former mayor of Pure Dark – working on a leaflet to the households. Also, the municipality wants to inform the citizens of by flyers.
In December 2019, the construction of a new fire station in Hörbach of the city Council to Althegnenberg with 7:6 votes it was decided to BI and the village community had voted against it in favour of the SPD and the CSU. So the question arose to the citizens which resulted in citizens ‘ initiatives: “Are you in favour of the municipality of Althegnenberg created a joint fire station with the location Althegnenberg for the fire brigades from Althegnenberg and Hörbach?” The municipal Council sets a Ratsbegehren with the following question in mind: “Are you in favour of the municipality to defend investments for both fire in the districts of Althegnenberg and Hörbach does?” In the trick question is then determined, which decision shall apply: the new building in Hörbach or the common house for both Departments in Althegnenberg.
Now, the interest groups are working on leaflets: the fire Department Hörbach, the initiators of the citizens ‘ initiative and the municipality. What it wants to demonstrate to the municipality in the published Flyer, describes mayor Rainer Spicker (citizen initiative): “to the cost of pure facts and possible combinations.”
Whether or not up to the referendum on 19. July, the fire Department needs plan is available, is not yet secure. According to the engineer responsible, a statement of the relief but may not be before the decision deadlines.
