The president of the Junta de Castilla y León, Alfonso Fernández Mañueco, has censured this Thursday “that there are people who are dedicated solely and exclusively to injecting poison in the day-to-day of Spanish politics.” This was stated during the closing of the Guadarrama Forum, together with the president of the Community of Madrid, Isabel Díaz Ayuso, of whom he has defended that, contrary to this way of acting “injecting poison”, it offers “efficiency and solvency on the day a day”.
In addition, he stressed that both agree “that in the face of those who solely and exclusively promote the culture of mediocrity, we are clear that success is only achieved through work, effort and determination.”
Fernández Mañueco has defended the “good neighborly” relations between both neighboring communities and has pointed out that the Government of Castilla y León is working “to be, together with Madrid, where it is easier and cheaper to open and maintain a company”. In this sense, he stressed that a “tax revolution” is being prepared, which will allow the Community to have the lowest tax rate in the history of Castilla y León next year and to be, together with the Community of Madrid, one of the with the lowest taxes.
In a fiscal key, again by demanding that the central government comply with what was agreed at the Conference of Presidents held in La Palma on March 13 and lower the taxes associated with electricity, energy and fuels. “He promised and has not fulfilled,” Fernández Mañueco has recriminated, for whom the Executive of Pedro Sánchez is “overwhelmed” by the situation of price escalation, with “absolutely uncontrolled” inflation.
Prices “that turn something everyday into a drama” such as the competitiveness of companies, day-to-day purchases or refueling vehicles. In addition, he has criticized that the debt “grows and grows” and that debt “is the poverty that our children and grandchildren will have to pay in the form of taxes.”
