The US actor Paul Rudd (“Ant-Man”) has spoken about his recipe for a healthy and fit life. “The most important part of exercise is sleep,” the 53-year-old told Men’s Health magazine. “People set their alarm clock, then sleep for four hours and get up to exercise. That’s a disservice to them.”

Rudd, who was named People magazine’s Sexiest Man Alive in 2021, says he’s occasionally asked about his diet or exercise plans. “People ask me: Can you send me your meal plan? How many times a week do you exercise? Do you drink? Do you eat carbs? Do you have a day where you allow yourself to break the rules?” But his advice is simple, “Somehow get eight hours of sleep,” says Rudd. Only then does he also pay attention to healthy food and then to sports.
