When it comes to fashion, March is all about flower power! Flower prints in a wide variety of shapes and colors are getting us in the mood for spring. It starts with dresses and blouses and ends with accessories. This is how celebrities and designers do it.
Fashionable examples of how popular and versatile floral prints can be are provided by the most recent fashion show by Dior at Paris Fashion Week. An it-piece with colorful flowers was integrated into almost every look. Designers are currently mainly using dark fabrics with light blossoms. A corresponding example was shown by the Japanese model Ayaka Miyoshi (26). The 26-year-old wowed in an ensemble of a sheer lace top and floor-length satin skirt with a high leg slit and rose prints. In addition, knee-high boots, a handbag in taupe and bright red lipstick were used.
Fashion blogger Caro Daur (27) also did not miss the Dior show. Matching the floral collection, she appeared in a strapless mini dress in yellow with a black floral pattern. Black boots, a yellow mini bag and gold and silver chains completed the fashion week look.
Floral accents can also be set with accessories that are covered all over with flowers. Embroidered shoulder bags or printed boots and lace-up shoes also ensure spring fever.
3D flower power is also making the rounds, but it’s a lot more extravagant. After all, the futuristic style is not for everyone and is not necessarily suitable for everyday use. Singer-actress Zendaya, 26, turned heads at the SAG Awards in a pink satin dress with a train covered in roses. The flowers gave the robe a playful and romantic touch.
