It is therefore about the right of residence in Woods’ luxury villa on Jupiter Island (Florida).
Tiger Woods, according to Herman, kicked her out of the mansion and changed the locks in October last year. According to court documents obtained by People, however, Herman claims that she could have lived in the villa for another five years: there was a verbal agreement. The 38-year-old is now apparently suing for damages and reimbursement of legal fees, allegedly wanting a total of $ 30 million.
Lawyers for Tiger Woods said, according to People, that the right to live in the villa was only valid for the time of the relationship. The golf pro currently lives on the property with his two children from his marriage to Elin Nordegren (43).
