At the preliminary conclusion of her acclaimed series of concerts in Las Vegas, superstar Adele (34) surprised her fans with a confession. The “I Drink Wine” singer, who has always had a complicated relationship with alcohol, reported live on stage about her drinking behavior in the Covid lockdown of 2020, according to “Evening Standard”: “It was just 11 noon , and I must have had four bottles of wine already”.

In 2021, the singer told talk master Oprah Winfrey (69) that she stopped drinking after her father died of colon cancer. However, her alcohol confession on stage in Las Vegas was made with a glass of wine in hand.

In the same breath, Adele announced that her concert series in the gambling metropolis would continue. “Playing in front of 4,000 people for 34 nights isn’t enough and I know that, so I’ll be back,” Adele told the crowd. “I’ll be back in June for a few weeks,” she said, adding, “I’ll be filming and releasing it to make sure anyone who wants to see this show can see it.”

According to her homepage, Adele will be on stage in Las Vegas for 34 more concerts from June 16 to November 4, 2023. From now until April 2nd, fans can register for the pre-sale, which starts on April 5th.
