“Yes, we’re going to get married,” announced Freddy Quinn (91) in an interview with “Bild.de”. However, he did not propose to her, adds his partner Rosi (64). That was “not Freddy’s style”. After discussing marriage for many years, Quinn simply said, “We’re going to do this now! Let’s get married!” Then everything went very quickly and now the two would be in the middle of the planning.
The couple did not reveal details of when and where the wedding should take place. What is certain, however, is that civil and church marriages take place in a small circle. Quinn is to wear a dark suit and Rosi an eggshell white dress.
The 91-year-old and the 64-year-old are looking forward to the special day “like two new lovers”. After all, they have been “loyal for so long,” explains Quinn, adding: “Rosi is a wonderful person with an incredibly big heart.” The pop singer and actor had conquered this around ten years ago. Before that, he and his Rosi had been close friends for over 30 years.
