US gymnastics star Simone Biles (26) got married. On Instagram she published several wedding photos with her groom, football professional Jonathan Owens (27). The two can be seen in front of the registrar, among other things.
Biles wore a dreamy white tulle gown on her big day, while the NFL athlete opted for a beige suit. “Officially Owens,” the gymnast and four-time Olympic champion captioned the photos, changing her name to Simone Biles Owens in the caption of her Instagram account. “I have never felt such a deep love,” she wrote to other black and white pictures of the radiant newlyweds.
Biles and Owens have officially been dating since August 2020. In February 2022, the two announced their engagement. “The simplest yes,” Biles captioned a series of Instagram photos that show her in a black mini dress in a gazebo – while Owens kneels in front of her in a gray suit. She further assured her fiancé that she couldn’t wait to be with him “forever and more.” “You are everything I ever dreamed of and more. Let’s get married fiance.”
