It’s been 20 years since 50 Cent’s debut album, Get Rich or Die Tryin’, was released. For the anniversary, the US rapper, whose real name is Curtis Jackson (47), has now announced a major tour of North America and Europe. 50 Cent will also appear five times in Germany. Hits like “In da Club” made him a star, but he will no longer give his concerts in clubs, but in arenas.
“You’ve waited long enough,” writes 50 Cent about the dates of his “The Final Lap Tour 2023” on Instagram. At the same time he announces that he will be accompanied on the tour by his longtime friend Busta Rhymes (50). The rap icon will support 50 Cent at all performances, while singer Jeremih (35) will only support him in North America. Jackson would like to announce more guests soon.
The tour kicks off on July 21, 2023 in Salt Lake City. 50 Cent travels through North America for several weeks before giving his first concert in Europe on September 28th in Amsterdam. On September 29th he will then perform in Hamburg’s Barclays Arena.
