At the age of 89, singer Frankie Valli (89, “Can’t Take My Eyes off You”) married in Las Vegas. “It’s great to have found love again at this point in my life,” the American told People magazine. At a private ceremony, Valli and Jackie Jacobs (60) gave each other vows on Monday.
The couple met in 2007 and have been together since 2015. Speaking to People, Jackie Jacobs recalled, “We kept in touch over the phone until he called me in late 2015 asking out and we’ve been together ever since.”
As the frontman of The Four Seasons, Frankie Valli released more than 35 hits – including “Sherry” and “December, 1963 (Oh, What a Night)”. The group was one of the few bands to rival the Beatles in the US in the early ’60s. The group’s music and history were immortalized with the jukebox musical “Jersey Boys”.
