They used to throw themselves off dam walls and out of helicopters. How does your day start today?In the garden in my Japanese dōjō. I spend the first half hour in the morning with myself, practicing yoga and meditating. This helps me stay centered and gives me clarity and energy for the day.
In 1990 you delivered the spectacular scenes in Willi Bogner’s film “Feuer, Eis und Dynamit”. How did you become a stuntman? As a young man, kayaking was my religion. It was about navigating the wildest rivers. Although my life took place almost exclusively in lonely mountain gorges, one day Willi Bogner called and asked me if I would like to take part in his film.
