The austrian langrendsløber Max Hauke was back in February of this year in time to bloddope, when the police suddenly moved in. Now he brings in for the first time the words on his life’s downturn.
This is a great interview with the Swedish Expressen, who for several months has been trying to find the skier.
“Every time I see the picture, then I hear the sound of the police, who opens the door. I remember the second, where it goes up for me, that everything is over. It was the hardest seconds of my life,” says Max Hauke honestly.
Hauke was revealed and arrested 27. February in the middle of the WORLD cup in the austrian Seefeld, and so did the colleague and compatriot Dominik baldauf says he. They have both been punished with four years of quarantine, which will run until the 28. February 2023.
Furthermore, Hauke five-month suspended prison sentence and a fine of a little over a quarter of a million.
In the interview, it becomes clear that the austrian actually glad that the newspaper has been in contact with him. He is sitting with a burning desire to tell his version of what happened.
Because one thing was to be taken for doping. Something completely different was that it was filmed by the police and later leaked to an austrian newspaper.
“The big change in my life was, of course, Süperbahis that I did it. But the video…It did, but there was much more focus on it.”
After the raid spent the Max Hauke a day in the prison in Innsbruck. When he was released, waited his mother, father and boyfriend on him.
“None of them knew anything. They had all just been sitting in the stadium in Seefeld, and waiting at the start, when they got a call and heard that I had been arrested,” he says.
Then he asked how it was to meet them again.
“All began to cry. Particularly my mother was very upset about it. It is a hard moment. She told me that I had done something wrong, but that I would always be her child.”
In the interview, he, amongst other things, check on how he’s started to take the doping, and what led him to it. He also says that he subsequently has collaborated fully with The world anti-doping agency, Wada.
The austrian skier Mark Schmidt was also arrested in his clinic in the German Erfurt 27. February in an action that was part of the so-called Operation Aderlass.
the Investigations have also harvested other athletes from other sports – including several austrian cyclists, there has also been punished with four years of exclusion.
