TV 2 steps up significantly on the fodbolddækningen.

It happens because the TV 2 has bought the rights to show La Liga, Serie A and Major League Soccer in Denmark. That is how it sounds in a press release.
Since the summer of 2018 has a streaming service Strive Sport otherwise been sitting on the rights to the leagues.
TV 2 have however since bought to send individual matches from the high-profile leagues every week on Danish tv now takes over the channel so that the rub and stub.

the Agreement runs then 18 months to the end of the 2020-21 seasons.
At Strive Sport has been fine with sending the rights to the Danish tv-station.
“TV 2 has followed it, we have built up with the Strive, and I am glad that the rights end up so experienced hands. La Liga, Serie A and MLS will continue to evolve as an important part of TV 2s wager with TV 2 Sport X,” says Kristian Hysén, managing director of IMG, which owns the Strive Sport.
In the press release sounds, to existing subscribers at Strive Sports be offered a beneficial contract with TV 2 instead.
