A man’s life was not to save, after he Saturday drove into a tree on the Bundsvej in Pontypridd.

A 34-year-old man injured so severely in a traffic accident over the weekend that his life was not to save.

the Man was on Saturday reported in critical condition, after he in the afternoon had hit a tree with his car in Pontypridd.

“We got the notification about a traffic accident on the Bundsvej in Pontypridd at 14.32. It is a solouheld, where a car is driven into a tree by the wayside,” said David Buch, vagtchef by north Zealand Police, Saturday.

The 34-year-old driver was the only person in the car.

He was jammed, when the police and rescue reached the spot.

After that it managed to wrench the man free, he was brought to the university hospital.

“He has been put in artificial coma,” stated David Buch.

It is unknown what prompted the 34-year-old man to run out of the way.

Police, bilinspektører and technicians worked on the site after the accident, which also meant that the line was blocked in both directions.
