9-3/3+1=
9-1+1=9 (wrong!)

A number is correctly divided by a fraction by multiplying it with your reciprocal :
9-3÷(1/3)+1 =
9-(3×3/1)+1=
9-(3×3)+1=
9-9+1= 1
