He had passed away peacefully in his sleep at the age of 73 years, told family members on Saturday, in an official statement. Green founded, together with drummer Mick Fleetwood in 1967 in London the legendary Band Fleetwood Mac. His family announced a further opinion for the next few days. Musicians such as Peter Frampton, acknowledged him as a great guitarist.
Greens life resembled a roller-coaster ride. He was considered one of the best guitarists (“The end of The Game”, “In the Skies”). The group Fleetwood Mac, celebrated their greatest achievements, however, without him.
