Madrid is once again the epicenter of gastronomy, from May 16 to 29, with a new edition of Gastrofestival 2022. A meeting organized by Madrid Fusión Alimentos de España and the Delegated Area of ​​Tourism that proposes an agenda full of culinary experiences and cultural activities linked to this art.

The mayor of Madrid, José Luis Martínez-Almeida, who presented this event –the thirteenth in its history– last Tuesday the 10th at the Royal Botanical Garden, assured that the thirteenth edition of this annual event, assured that there is no doubt that the capital is “competing for the top spots” in the world gastronomic league. He announced, accompanied among other personalities by the vice-president of Madrid Fusión, Benjamín Lana, that the city will host the ‘Best Chef Awards’ for the first time, with Dabiz Muñoz currently in first place.
