Sylvester Stallone (76) apparently responds to the alleged allegations of his wife Jennifer Flavin (54). According to “People”, he rejects the accusation that the joint fortune was intentionally squandered. “The husband has not engaged in any conduct that constitutes willful squandering, depletion and/or squandering of the marital property,” his attorneys wrote, according to the magazine.
According to “People”, Flavin’s allegations can be found in the divorce papers. She filed for divorce on August 19, 2022 in Palm Beach County, Florida. Flavin and her attorneys allegedly claim that “the husband should be prohibited from selling, transferring, assigning, encumbering or squandering any property during the course of this proceeding.”
Flavin’s representatives therefore pleaded for an “unequal division of marital property in their favor”. Regarding attorneys’ fees and court costs, Flavin asked the court to monitor the “conduct of each party” that could prolong the process to reduce attorneys’ fees.
Regarding legal fees, Stallone’s attorneys say his wife “has hired an attorney to represent her and has agreed to pay the attorney’s fees,” according to the report.
Sylvester Stallone and Jennifer Flavin were married in London on May 17, 1997. At first it looked like the two wanted to avoid a War of the Roses. After the separation, both spoke publicly of each other in the highest tones.
