Moderator Joko Winterscheidt (44) defends his show again. In the second episode of the sixth season of “Who’s Stealing the Show?” Matthias Schweighöfer (42), Florian David Fitz (48), Hazel Brugger (29) and wildcard candidate Nico were unable to triumph.
After Nico and Hazel Brugger had to give up, Florian David Fitz and Matthias Schweighöfer fought for a place in the final. Schweighöfer ultimately emerged victorious in the teleprompter game. However, there was nothing to gain for the actor in the final: Joko Winterscheidt won 5:4 and will therefore remain the host in the next edition.
While fans of the show are currently looking forward to the sixth season, ProSieben has already announced good news for the future: six more episodes are currently being produced for next year. As the station announced last week, the challengers will be singers Sarah Connor (43) and Lena Meyer-Landrut (32) as well as fellow presenter Klaas Heufer-Umlauf (40) who will try to steal the show from presenter Joko Winterscheidt.
The audience is already very happy that the next season will again have a prominent cast: “Every time I think to myself, ‘The panel couldn’t be better cast than in the last season’ and then a message like this comes along. I’m already looking forward to it the new season,” it says, among other things, on the short message service X (formerly Twitter).
In the new season, Joko’s challenger will once again have to score points in eight quiz categories, divided into three prize levels. After each winning stage, a candidate must leave the show. In the final, Joko Winterscheidt competes in a direct duel against the last person remaining.
