It will probably be their last TV appearance together – at least in the near future. On Thursday evening, Amira and Oliver Pocher appeared in the celebrity edition of “Who Wants to Be a Millionaire?” to guest. The two take a seat in the council chairs to raise money for the foundation as part of the RTL fundraising marathon. In addition to the Pochers, singer Sasha, comedian Torsten Sträter and football legend Reiner Calmund are also taking part. The show was recorded in mid-October, when the Pochers were officially separated but still on friendly terms.

Amira Pocher reveals on the show that she was actually invited alone, but didn’t dare to compete solo. That’s why Oliver Pocher came along. The expectations of the comedian are high: this is his third participation in the quiz show. Two years ago he earned 125,00 euros. In 2008 he even won one million euros – the first celebrity to do so.

But a lot happened between the recording and the broadcast of the “Who Wants to Be a Millionaire?” celebrity special. Amira and Oliver Pocher together in one show – that would probably be out of the question by now.

Since Oliver Pocher suddenly announced the end of the joint podcast “Die Pochers” with an Instagram posting, there has been a thick atmosphere between the couple, who were together for seven years and married for four. In several recent interviews, the 45-year-old hardly gave his wife any good credit. In an interview with RTL “Exclusive” presenter Frauke Ludowig, he said: “Amira can stay the way she is in her portrayal. If you lie once, you won’t believe her anymore.” He also spoke of a loss of trust and attested that the 31-year-old lacked “emotional maturity”.

Amira Pocher herself remained silent about the statements for a long time. In her podcast “Liebes Leben”, which she recently started together with her brother Ibrahim Aly, she described her view of things. “The last two weeks have been, I don’t want to say the most difficult weeks of my life, but top three. That was really tough. After these two weeks I not only have a few bite wounds on my tongue, but also several knife stabs in my back. That’s what “I was most upset and exhausted. Physically and mentally I reached my limits. That wasn’t nice,” she said.

Amira Pocher also gave an interview to the magazine “Bunte” in which, among other things, she commented on Oliver Pocher’s malicious comments. “I would be naive if I hadn’t expected it. I’ve seen him talk about other ex-partners in public in the past. Olli just can’t help it. Unfortunately, he goes very, very far “Far too far. I would have liked to have spared our family this, but that’s just not possible with Olli,” she said.
