Tesla boss Elon Musk (51) took over the short message service Twitter a few days ago. It didn’t take long for the first stars to leave the platform. The actress and ex-girlfriend of the new Twitter boss, Amber Heard (36), has apparently also signed off. Your “realAmberHeard” account is no longer accessible. “This account does not exist,” it says on the page.

While some suspect that Heard would like to take a Twitter break after the arguments with ex-husband Johnny Depp (59), others wonder whether the takeover of Elon Musk could be behind it. Heard and Musk split in the summer of 2017 after a brief liaison. After that, they gave the relationship another chance, but luck broke again.

The entrepreneur and the actress met on the set of ‘Machete Kills’ in 2013, in which Heard starred and Musk only had a cameo. At the time, the Tesla boss was dating his then-wife Talulah Riley, 37, and Heard was dating Depp. The 36-year-old later had a defamation lawsuit with the actor. She was with Depp from 2012 and married from 2015 to 2017. But the separation took place in 2016.

Amber Heard’s Instagram account remains active. The exact reasons for her Twitter departure remain unclear. But she would not be the first to say goodbye to the platform. Among others, “Grey’s Anatomy” creator Shonda Rhimes (52), producer Ken Olin (68) and singer Toni Braxton (55) have left Twitter.
