The Spanish minister of Tourism has talked too fast ! Ms. Reyes Maroto had announced that Spain would open its borders with Portugal and France as early as the 22 June, without restriction. Problem : Portugal has not been warned… Anger in Lisbon. Result : the government of Pedro Sanchez rétropédale and déjuge his minister. It remains to be the date of the 1st July.
