Thomas Tuchel had just been appointed as the new head coach of FC Bayern when he paid his first visit to the team dressing room. He did a lap, stopping at striker Eric Maxim Choupo-Moting’s locker. “For the third time,” laughed Tuchel. “The poor guy!” Choupo-Moting’s regrets about the reunion should be limited.
