The reaction was extremely brief: On Tuesday at 3:40 p.m. in the town of Przewodów near Lublin in south-eastern Poland, “a Russian-made projectile” landed, according to the Polish Foreign Ministry. In connection with this, “two citizens of the Republic of Poland were killed,” which is why the minister summoned the Russian ambassador to Warsaw. According to the Polish media, the meeting then proceeded “calmly and efficiently” and there was no handshake.
