International “Sturm der Liebe” fans are happy about this news: the popular series is now available again worldwide in the ARD media library. The current episodes can be streamed one day before the linear broadcast in the first and are available for six months.

Streaming had not been possible since February due to so-called geoblocking – much to the displeasure of fans abroad. Now there is finally a solution. Series producer Marcus Ammon said in a press release: “We appreciate our loyal fans at home and abroad. We are all the more pleased that ‘Sturm der Liebe’ can also be seen outside of Germany again.”

The telenovela has been on ARD since 2005 and is broadcast Monday to Friday at 3:10 p.m. In December 2022, it was renewed for two more seasons with 330 new episodes. According to the current status, new episodes will be released by 2025.

“Sturm der Liebe” is also popular internationally and has been sold by BavariaMedia in more than 25 countries, including to the ORF in Austria and to Mediaset in Italy. The TV series is considered one of the most successful in all of Europe.
