Ozzy Osbourne has suffered from health problems for years. The 74-year-old cult rocker is apparently not getting on his feet, as his wife Sharon Osbourne told the English daily “The Sun”. The 70-year-old reported, among other things, about the former Black Sabbath singer’s Covid 19 disease in 2020.

“It was very difficult,” said Sharon Osbourne. “His weak point has always been his lungs – then getting a disease like Covid that affects your breathing. It was like torture.” But even if the musician has survived the illness, there are always new health problems. “It’s like one thing leads to the next and then to the next,” laments his wife.

Ozzy Osbourne was diagnosed with Parkinson’s in 2020 and had to have multiple back surgeries. Nevertheless, he released a new album last year. In the meantime, Osbourne has largely withdrawn from the public eye, he stopped his tour in February due to his ailing health.

Sharon Osbourne, who has been married to Ozzy since 1982, explained that her husband is currently “tested all the time”: “I think not anymore, dear God. He passed all the tests, he survived – please leave him alone .” Ozzy Osbourne himself spoke openly to The Guardian newspaper last year about his life with Parkinson’s disease. “You think you’re lifting your feet, but your foot isn’t moving. I feel like I’m walking around in lead boots,” he said. “You learn to live in the moment because you don’t know what’s going to happen. You don’t know when you’ll wake up and not get out of bed. But you just don’t think about it.”
