Copenhagen city Court continues the case against Britta Nielsen, where her colleagues giving evidence.

A former clerk and later special consultant was a Sunday last fall called by its leader, who asked him to attend to his work at the national board of social services.

the Reason was that the man had found out that there had been unlawfully taken money out of the national board of social services to Britta Nielsen’s own accounts.

– When we discovered that there were problems, asked my head of me to get to work and begin to investigate what had happened. The payouts were based on Tas (Socialstyrelsens internal programme, red.), and as a professional caseworker, I had a pretty good knowledge of Tas, although I have not took part in the payouts.

this started the witness slavishly to review the payouts, where there was a suspicion of fraud.

I got a list of the payouts, and Onbahis then I started to qualify each payout by to see what methods had been used to make the payments, he says.

In his study, did he, among others on one of Britta Nielsen’s methods, went on to create fictitious projects.

– The three conditions which characterize them. All disbursements of the cases has gone to Britta Nielsen, and there are no signs on the cases, that there has been talk about a real project.

– There is not some documents, applications, accounts or report which indicates that there is a true project.

– We have not found some indications that there have been the projects with the names, he says.

Britta Nielsen has even recognized the method.

In court it emerged that she called one of the fictional projects of “self-Help”.

It is unknown when the fall judgment in the case.
