Towards participation for all ?
Gérald Darmanin had expressed the wish, Olivia Gregory, and Cendra Motin have done. The two deputies LREM have filed a bill aimed at extending the participation to companies with fewer than 50 employees. It is now mandatory that in the companies in excess of this figure. SMES could of course put it in place, but few are engaged in this way. Today, only 4% of employees of companies with 10 to 49 employees perceive it to be, compared to 70 % in companies of more than 1,000 people. They are only 1.2% in very small companies…
