The ACS group, through its subsidiary Services, Communications and Energy, has reached an initial agreement for the sale of their projects of photovoltaic energy in Spain with a total installed power of 3,000 megawatts (MW) for a total value of 2,200 million euros. the operation will bring about gains that may be recorded in the income statement for the year ended 31st December net profit

The company that presides over Floretino Perez has not disclosed the buyer or buyers of the assets sold, which includes both projects that are currently in operation as well as those that are expected to be developed and put into operation between 2020 and 2022, both inclusive.

however, ACS has ratified the commitment of the group for the business of renewables, to ensure that it will continue to invest in the construction of facilities for clean energy generation, both in Spain and abroad.
