The Ministry of Economy and Finance and the City Council of Magaz de Pisuerga (Palencia) have signed this Tuesday the act of reception of the industrial estate of the municipality, which will allow the commercialization of this business infrastructure to start from the month of June. The Board offers 130 state-of-the-art plots with an area close to 500,000 square meters for business settlement, after an investment of 39 million euros.
The Minister of Economy and Finance, Carlos Fernández Carriedo, affirms that it is a land that will have a “very advantageous discounted price” for companies, who points out that, in terms of financing, “the payment of the full amount will not be required at the signing of the contract for the sale of the plots.
Through the Institute for Business Competitiveness (ICE), financing will be allowed under favorable conditions so that the resources of the companies “do not have to be directed initially to the payment of the plots, but to the investment for construction, technology and the formation of human capital”, so the average price of the sale of the plot will be around 23.5 euros per square meter, he adds.
It has valued the quality of the land due to the investment made by the regional administration to provide the estate with the most modern services and all the necessary equipment, without forgetting the good communications, located next to the A-610 motorway between Palencia and Magaz which connects with the A-62, seven kilometers from the Palencia capital, 80 from Burgos and 50 from Valladolid.
It has a wastewater treatment station, a drinking water treatment station, an access bridge to the estate over the highway and a high-capacity electric power transformation unit, an infrastructure that also supplies power to the automotive supplier fleet. of the Board, located in Villamuriel de Cerrato.
