This operation, advised by the Corporate team of RHOMBUS Global Consulting, constitutes the first acquisition of Sensogreen with the aim of pivoting its strategy from a distributor of third-party brands to a manufacturer with its own brands. The company will be responsible for manufacturing the three brands in the plants of different Spanish manufacturers under a co-manufacturing regime.
Sensogreen is a Valencian company with a turnover of more than fifteen million euros focused on the distribution of “personal care” and “home care” products in different distribution channels.
The company’s strategic plan contemplates a progressive incorporation of its own brands, both by acquisition and by launch, and a selective internationalization with the aim of reaching a turnover of thirty million euros in 2025.
