Surprise winner of the last US Open and in difficulty in recent months, Emma Raducanu managed to avoid the premature exit at Roland-Garros. The 19-year-old Briton was trailed a set to nil by 17-year-old Czech Linda Noskova and battled to come back to one set everywhere before eventually winning 6-7, 7-5, 6-1.
