The nature of every person has an unknown side that is almost completely closed to their thinking and yet which has a decisive influence on their actions. It is an area of our psyche that is not accessible to our consciousness. And which is still an important part of the self. This mysterious force, the subconscious (or “unconscious”), dictates who we like, who we find attractive, what makes us uncomfortable, what scares us – and what we want to achieve in life.
This hidden power directs our destinies almost unnoticed: second by second, the unconscious perceives millions of stimuli from the environment and guides us through everyday life without us noticing. In addition, it also stores all of our memories, it archives the history of our lives, so to speak, and it sets the course for our careers.
