People of Quebec, the British capital has just approached you. Air Transat is launching a new direct air link this week between Jean-Lesage International Airport and London-Gatwick Airport.
These flights will be offered once a week, between May 11 and September 28, 2022.
This is currently the only non-stop connection available between the two cities.
“London is the number one international market in the world and the strong tourist potential of this route, both for Quebec travelers and for the British who wish to visit our beautiful province, is undeniable”, explains in a press release Joseph Adamo, Chief Sales Officer. and marketing at Transat.

Travelers who go there will be able to discover the Palace of Westminster as well as the colorful houses of Notting Hills, have afternoon tea or take a guided tour in the footsteps of Jack the Ripper, sail on the Thames , shop on Oxford Street or hang out in a neighborhood pub!
The new Air Transat service will be offered on Wednesdays from Quebec City and Thursdays from London-Gatwick, an airport that is about 40 minutes by train from the city center.
Passengers will board Airbus A321neoLR aircraft, which consume 15% less fuel, according to Transat.
Other international destinations are offered non-stop from Quebec by Air Transat this summer, including Paris, Fort Lauderdale (Florida), Cancún (Mexico) and Punta Cana (Dominican Republic).
