According to surveys, over 40 percent of Germans suffer from sleep problems. A current survey by the Barmer health insurance company shows that seven percent of Germans sleep so badly that they seek medical help. Difficulty staying asleep and falling asleep are the most common problems that rob us of our nightly rest.
