Of course we are also tolerant at work. Everyone can be whatever he or she wants, they say. But if the peculiarities of your colleagues lead to you having more work yourself – then it eats away at your mood and motivation. For example, there is the colleague who is super nice, but also very stubborn – and logically the boss is happy to pass on the difficult tasks to you. Or the colleague who says of herself, “I always get upset so easily!” And the difficult customers are always put through to you automatically. Also common: superiors who always signal that they are stressed and at their limit – and therefore of course never have time for a conversation and no attention to your concerns.
