Use water and a towel to clean the large areas of skin and face. No soap, no scrub, no alcoholic solution. Let the skin’s natural defenses work, don’t wash them away all the time. In crisis areas where we have many scent glands (armpits, groin, buttock folds), you can also sparingly use acidic washing substances based on weakly degreasing sugar and coconut surfactants (e.g. Coco Glucoside, Decyl Glucoside, Lauryl Glucoside) and amino acid surfactants (Disodium / Sodium Cocoyl Glutamate). Only apply lotion to areas that are dry and tense or to hands that are stressed by frequent washing.
