Are you aware that summer is approaching? The summer season begins for the entire Arcachon basin. Aqualand won’t open until June 22, The Aqualand in Gujan-Mestras has opened and announced the arrival of the Indian Viper slide!
“Indian Viper!” Although this name may not be of any significance to you, it is our 2022 novelty, Aqualand explained in a Facebook post. These are exclusive photos of the new slide assembly for family members. Aqualand will open on June 22nd! The park offered two options for the new attraction’s name: Indian Viper and The Rogue.
The work started one month ago.
It is a huge job to prepare for Aqualand’s season. It only opened two months into the season. Everything must be cleaned up and put back on the road before the park opens its doors. The park, just like all other companies, is still in search of staff, especially seasonal workers who hold the national water safety & rescue certificate (from June 22 to August 31).
The park’s summer 2021 was complicated by the implementation of the health card and the catastrophic weather in July (-60%).
