According to the public prosecutor’s office, the Würzburg district court suspended the arrest warrant for the AfD politician Daniel Halemba on Monday under certain conditions. This was preceded by investigations by the public prosecutor’s office against the 22-year-old for incitement to hatred and the use of symbols of anti-constitutional organizations.
