The story of Twisted Tales began during the pandemic when Uday Govindarajula, an immigrant tech worker from India, decided to pursue his lifelong dream of filmmaking and acting. Drawing on his connections in the industry, Uday gathered a group of like-minded individuals in the Bay Area who shared his passion for storytelling through film. What started as a small group of four to five people quickly blossomed into a full-fledged team of 120 and counting, all dedicated to creating captivating South Asian cinema right here in the US.
