A 67-year-old woman was injured this Friday after a wild boar bit her on a beach in the Alicante town of Alfaz del Pi, as reported by the Emergency Information and Coordination Center (CICU).
At 11:30 a.m., the CICU was notified that a wild boar had come out of the water and had bitten a woman. The incident occurred on the Racó de l’Albir beach in Alfaz del Pi.
An SVB unit has traveled to the scene, whose health team has assisted the woman who had a bite wound on her leg. Subsequently, she has been transferred to a health center in the municipality.
