Bottom of the second division, SV Sandhausen, will not sign a successor for Tomas Oral, who was released on Monday, this season. The previous assistants Gerhard Kleppinger and Oscar Corrochano should prevent the impending relegation in the remaining seven games, as a spokesman for the club confirmed on Tuesday to the German Press Agency. Sandhausen’s gap to relegation place 16 is six points before the game on Saturday at 1. FC Magdeburg (1 p.m. / Sky).
Oral was only introduced in mid-February as the successor to Alois Schwartz. The 49-year-old failed to win in six attempts with the SVS. After the 2-0 defeat against SpVgg Greuther Fürth on Sunday, the 49-year-old was released.
