Mr. Klingbeil, let’s talk about justice. After the first year of Olaf Scholz and the traffic light coalition, two-thirds of Germans are not at all or only partially satisfied with the work of the government. Unfair? I would like to give a slightly more complex answer to that.
Go ahead. In many places, a dissatisfaction and uncertainty that is currently present in our society as a whole is projected onto the traffic light. In my conversations, I notice that people are really exhausted after two years of the pandemic. And I can understand that very well. Then comes the war on top, the increased prices, plus the climate crisis. And a new government that is initially being eyed: How is it doing, will it pass the test?
