Huge crowds on Hollywood’s “Walk of Fame”: Actor Willem Dafoe unveiled his star on the famous sidewalk in front of cheering fans. In a flash of photographers’ flashlights, the 68-year-old beamed down on the plaque and kissed the star.

Just the day before, Dafoe celebrated the Golden Globes. He was nominated for a supporting role Globe for his role as a megalomaniacal scientist in the bizarre fairy tale “Poor Things”.

Director Wim Wenders is there

Dafoe said in his speech that he considers himself lucky to know Wenders. His films had a huge influence on his life.
