In the past, burgers often consisted of fat, cardboard buns and inferior meat. A few years ago, the dirty food became a hip piece. Today, many restaurants offer a special burger variant. We want that too! Ours is classic with a few sidekicks: gorgonzola, caramel pear and pickles. The bun is a brioche dough, the bottom of which is spread with homemade burger mayonnaise.
