Mr. Zufferey, Wagner boss Prigozhin is said to be in Saint Petersburg. So he is in Russia and not with Alexander Lukashenko in Belarus. What does that mean? Right, that’s confirmed. From Prigozhin’s point of view, this means that things are going quite well for him.
Why? Apparently the Kremlin is willing to negotiate a deal with him because they cannot or do not want to do without him completely.
