First they showered together, now they’re shaking together: The two reality TV stars Leyla Lahouar and Mike Heiter have to worry about their place in the RTL jungle camp. The two received the fewest votes from callers on Friday evening’s show, as moderator Sonja Zietlow told them. This had no direct consequences, as the station took a break from the expulsions this time due to Cora Schumacher’s voluntary move out a few days ago. But it was a sign that it could be difficult to reach the final of the format. The final will take place on Sunday – two more campers should leave beforehand.

For Leyla Lahouar and Mike Heiter, the voting result was particularly bitter because they had filled large parts of the show with their advances. Heiter’s former liaison Kim Virginia had previously had to vacate the camp in Australia. This dissolved the grueling triangle that had developed between her, Heiter and Lahouar in the past few days. Without running the risk of starting a new argument, the two remaining campers had the opportunity to make physical contact.

Lahouar in particular went on the offensive verbally. “When you look into his eyes, I think you always see such an honest soul. And just such purity. There’s something so loving about them,” she enthused for Heiter. The flattered man explained: “We get along well. And um, yes. We get along well with each other.” The two talked for a long time. “I definitely know that her favorite dish is a kebab. That’s very important because the way to the heart is through the stomach, I’ve heard,” said Heiter.

Water features

The highlight was a shared bath in the pond, during which Heiter lifted Lahouar out of the water towards the sky. “This is also a test: How much body tension does she have?”, he explained his approach. “Leyla’s body is great. Very great. Very, very great.” Afterwards we showered together. “Wow, he has a really hot body. Really beautiful. Because I like it when it’s not too much, but not too little either,” said Lahouar, again impressed.

Both of them basically know how such advances could be brought to an end – they gained their prominence through participation in dating formats such as “The Bachelor” or “Love Island”.

But as Connie Francis sang: “Love is a strange game.” The very last spark didn’t want to jump out at first. Lahouar was downright dismayed. “I don’t know what he’s waiting for,” she said. All obstacles are now gone. Kim is no longer there. “But there’s a catch somewhere.” Shyness is probably a factor.

Lahouar even asked fellow camper and Heiter buddy Fabio Knez if he could talk to his buddy. He also accepted the order. “You can have a really good chat with her,” he praised Lahouar in a conversation with Heiter. “I think she would be really happy if you gave her a kiss on the cheek.” But cheerfully remained strangely monosyllabic in the conversation, occasionally grumbling. “I’m really exhausted today,” he said. “Standby mode.”

However, the reality star took a more determined approach to the jungle test. Together with influencer Twenty4Tim, he received three out of five possible stars. During the task, both of them had to keep their balance on a slippery wall structure above a pool, which sometimes worked better and sometimes worse (“I’m slipping like a piece of blubber!” Quote Twenty4Tim).

In the show “I’m a Celebrity – Get Me Out of Here!” There are now five celebrities still in the running: Leyla Lahouar, Mike Heiter, Twenty4Tim, Fabio Knez and singer Lucy Diakovska. Friday’s calls will be included in Saturday’s vote.

Heiter described the group as a harmonious constellation. “I really like everyone who is there. It’s a very, very pleasant situation,” he said. Well, apart from the jungle. “It’s still there,” said Heiter.
